At IZOD, we stand by the quality of our classic American sportswear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a similar sturdy mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
